Pricing
Ground + Gather experiences last approximately two hours, with an additional hour and a half devoted to event setup and breakdown.
Our morning events start at $100/pp and evening events at $125/pp, with a minimum number of six guests. There is no maximum to the number of attendees — we’ll work together to make sure we can accommodate your party size! Please note that evening parties over 10 guests will be charged an additional $150 service fee.
We are able to provide yoga mats for an extra $5/pp and additional menu items starting at $35. Our business operates within 20 miles of Southampton; event requests beyond those limits will be charged an addd travel fee.
Booking
We offer morning and afternoon availability Saturday and Sunday from May until September. To book an experience with us, kindly submit an inquiry form. Someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Once booked, we’ll request a non-refundable $150 deposit that will be deducted from the event cost total. The host is responsible for paying the rest of the sum on the day of the event via cash, check, or Venmo (@groundandgather). In the event of inclement weather, we will work with the host to reschedule or if possible, hold the experience indoors. We accept cancellations up to 72 hours in advance.
