Give back to your body in more ways than one.

Each event begins with an hour-long yoga class catered to match your party’s skill level. Depending on your physical space and size of party, the class can take place in your backyard, on a porch or deck, or inside if your home is able to accommodate. 

After the class concludes, gather with your guests at a decadent table set by our team to enjoy a nourishing, family-style meal. The selection will feature a variety of local Hamptons’ farm stands and suppliers to bring the freshest food possible to your table.

We will arrive approximately 45 minutes before the event begins to unload our equipment and prepare your space. We will take care of everything — from start to finish — so you and your guests can fully enjoy the experience!

Ground + Gather holds space for all — whether you’re 16 or 86; have never done yoga or are a devoted yogi.

Each of our events are centered around a common theme — connection, compassion, presence, or mindfulness — which is carried throughout your practice and meal. All menus are plant based, served family style, and can be accommodated around any dietary restrictions or allergies. Hosts may provide their own alcohol or order from Nat Out East and receive 10% off!

We express that both in our classes and at our table — each yoga instruction is catered to you and your party’s skill level and our menus prioritize a balanced menu of nourishing, plant-based cuisine.
